EzLicence set out to modernise how Australians learn to drive; creating a digital marketplace that connects learners with qualified instructors through a seamless, on-demand platform. As a long-term team augmentation partner, we work alongside EzLicence to help design and scale a product that replaces outdated, manual processes with a fast, flexible, and intuitive digital experience.
By embedding directly into the EzLicence delivery team, we are able to contribute across key stages of the platform’s evolution, supporting feature development, improving usability, and ensuring the technology can scale with rapid national growth.
EzLicence has grown into Australia’s largest driving-instructor marketplace, now supporting 1,000+ verified instructors across thousands of suburbs nationwide, giving learners unmatched choice and coverage.
The platform now processes hundreds of lesson bookings every day, demonstrating strong user adoption, platform stability, and trust from both learners and instructors.
